Have you ever tried making your own videos ? Now, you can make one by through this website, Dvolver.  In this website, we can make our own movies, deciding  own situation, dialogues and choose own character for the movies. I think this website is quite useful in teaching English in the classroom.

How this is beneficial in teaching English?

• Students will be motivated to learn English as they can create their own dialogue for different context. They can choose their own vocabulary and making their own sentences for their movies. They will feel the sense of ownership as they are making their own decision in making their own movies based on their own creativity.
• In addition, this is very helpful to help introvert students to express their ideas or opinions in the class. Some students may feel ease to express their ideas in words rather than speak out their opinions to the class.
• Besides, students will be motivated to learn English as it is fun and interesting. Students will become more relaxed and this may lower their affective filter which makes learning new language better and faster by learning through video and audio aids.

However, it can cause problems in the classroom if teachers do not play their roles;

• Students may end up creating dialogues which are out of the context. Therefore, to prevent this, teachers need to give specific context to students before they make their own movies
• Another problem that may happen is the inappropriate characters. I do admit that some of the characters in this websites may not suitable for students to use in making their movies. Thus, teachers should give guidelines to students on which characters can be used and which cannot be used. It may limit students' creativity but this is essential for students' social development. At the end, students can still create their own dialogue based on the context given.
• Students may use this as a fun activity only, not a learning process. Therefore, at the end of the lesson, teachers should ask students to submit their videos to teachers so that teachers to ensure students are learning by creating their own dialogues based on the context given. Then, teachers can evaluate students based on their dialogues.

So, teachers should be prepared so that they will not encounter such problems in the future.
